I've been investing in real estate since 2006. Currently spending most of my time on lease options - finding sellers with properties not selling and buyers not quite ready to qualify for a mortgage.
As I was heavily involved with short sales I am so loving not having to deal with lenders.

2. Buyers with non-pristine credit and a 3% down payment looking to purchase those homes.
