In my own words...

I am a 35 year old relatively new investor looking to build some relationships in the BiggerPockets community. I am being mentored by a long time investor that is directing me to break out of some comfort zones and get active. We mainly deal in the Fresno, CA area but are looking for properties in other states. I have been in online sales for the past 8 years and am now looking to grow my real estate portfolio. I Love Real Estate!

Real Estate Experience

I have a few years of "real estate course" experience. Have recently become associate and mentored by a long time investor.

Real Estate Goals

Looking to create a combination of having 5 single family cashflow properties, 2 - multiplex cashflow properties and 2 larger 20 unit + apartment complexes. Am also actively wholesaling.

Currently Seeking

Private money to do deals 65% LTV, buyers for current properties held and creative cashflow properties that will allow me to build my portfolio. Also am looking for knowledge and mentorship in other areas that my mentor may not be familiar with.
