My voyage in the industry started in 2002 doing mortages in Fremont, CA.
Along with on going residential loans I was also providing Financial Services in the form of Credit Repair and Debt Management and I still fool around with that occassionaly if a friend or family member needs it. I started doing Bulk REO Portfolios in 2004. I started doing Short Sales in 2007 and am still doing that today as well as the Bulk REO Portfolios. I do not work in the mortgage business any more.

I know I can make $1M in Bulk REO Portfolios this year in 2010 and that is my goal. Eventuall in the next four years I expect to increase my holdings and have a cash flow of around $90K a month.

Investors to train in how to also achieve that $1M figure in 2010 and 2011.
