Kenny Rushing Jr. is co-founder, CEO and Managing Partner of Rush Capital Fund, LLC. Mr. Rushing attended the University of Wisconsin-Baraboo where he studied business. He also received a diploma in creative real estate investing from the Professional Education Institute.

Prior to founding Rush Capital Fund, LLC, Mr. Rushing had remarkable business success as the CEO of First Time Development, Inc. and the Rehabber’s Superstore, Inc., where he acquired and disposed of $60 million dollars in distressed real estate assets.

In addition, Mr. Rushing is an accomplished real estate author, educator, and trainer to thousands of online subscribers to his “Flip Your Income” real estate newsletter. His sophisticated approach to real estate investing has landed him appearances on NBC, FOX, NY-1, TV-1 and BET. He has also lectured at Harvard University.

In 2008, Mr. Rushing founded Rush Capital Fund to acquire and dispose of Bulk REO homes and Non-Performing Notes nationwide. Under Mr. Rushing’s leadership and exceptional talents, Rush Capital Fund has been involved in millions of dollars in successful real estate deals.
