I am looking to market houses in us to our Israeli customers. I am looking for properties at the price of up to 100,000$ that are all ready renovated and rented (it is easier to market them that way) I prefer a company/broker/agent that buys houses renovate them and sale them with a tenant. My profit will be a combination of marketing fee from the Israeli customer and the seller of the property. If you have your own properties for sale or know a company that does please contact me. A broker that can find good foreclosed homes and can give all services needed for foregone costumers can be good as well.
