Due to the company I work for, I provide my investors with 20-30 properties a month on average, sometimes up to 40. I help my investors A-Z. I am not wholeselling, we actually own the properties. We will find the deals, sell them to you. Finance it in house, if needed, useing one of our many options. One of which being a new land lord loan we have that loans at 100% of the after repair value. The down payment of that loan will be placed in an escrow account, and given back upon completion of the rehab and refinance into a conventional loan... very rare. Through the rehab I will get you in contact with our investor friendly contractors, and set you up with discounts on materials that are only available to our investors. Once the rehab is complete I will also help you lease, owner finance, or sell the home. Then from there hopefully get you back at point A, back into a new deal. If you are selling investment property I will also be happy to look at the deals, and if the numbers work out we will buy it from you as a cash buyer.
I buy and sell real estate. My company bought and sold more than anyone in Texas last year. Our closest competitor in DFW did 20% of what we did.
