In my own words...

New to real estate investing so I'm still in the reading, browsing and networking phase. I would also love the opportunity to receive advice from anyone who knows how to make money in real estate investing without having to spend buckets of money?!

I am in search of a mentor or a mentor program, again, without spending buckets of money; more precise, no more then $700 if possible?

Besides that I'm a mom of a tween, a full time school student and a student of lives teachings.I grew up in Oslo, Norway, I speak Norwegian and English fluently and I'm very excited about the promises of real estate investing in it's many forms!

Real Estate Experience

Have not yet done any deals, I am completely new but wont be new for too long.

Real Estate Goals

These are my goals as of now. But I'm sure I"m going to have to revise them along the way as I learn more and more and do deals! But for now these are the goals!

SHORT, MEDIUM AND LONG TIME GOAL: Wholesaling at least one property every other week. Not to specific on type of property at the moment. Build a buyers list and sellers list. Network online and offline. Attend local real estate investing clubs.

MEDIUM TERM GOAL: Learn more about the different types of real estate investing. Try out a few different strategies and investing types. Then focus on the one that I feel works best for me. Own at least one commercial cash flowing property.

LONG TERM GOAL: By one year own at least 2 cash flowing commercial real estate properties worth at least $500000,- each! Continue to wholesale, attend seminars, REI clubs, networking and have a registered business!
