I started my business in Oct 2010 and have been trying to develop new relationships with others in this industry.
My business model will mainly focus on:
Single Family Homes (3bdr,1-2 bth)
$100,000 and under
Low crime areas
Near Schools
Long term goals, purchase and management of multi-family homes.
In 2011 I purchased & completed renovations on my first project and closed on it January 2012.
Looking to buy and flip at least 3 properties in my first year, get comfortable with my team of tradesmen.
Eventually I would like to purchase and manage multi-family properties as a long term investment and add that experiance to my portfolio.
Any lending type that can provide startup funding or working capital to a new business owner.
