I have 20 years of experience in Financial Services & Insurance and I am now transitioning into a full time Real Estate Investor.
I started in Real Estate as a Mortgage Broker from 1998 - 2000. In 2000 I accepted an opportunity as a Financial Advisor and mistakenly took a long hiatus from Real Estate. In 2007 I began wholesaling part time and I am now making a run at it full time.
I have primarily worked in wholesaling with direct mail to absentee owners and with probates. My goal is to sharpen my skills and dominate my market in the Foreclosure Segment.
I am currently beginning to build a strong REI Network. I'm looking to add Cash Buyers to my Buyers List and also get recommendations on the best Short Sale Training sources available.
