I have been wanting to learn to invest for a long time. Have read and purchased
some courses and read a ton of real estate books and info, none give you actual steps to take(that I have read)

I work a regular 9-5 and want freedom and a better lifestyle, I know real estate is the vehicle. Hopefully I will learn here and meet some great people

Experience

I have been studying real estate investing on and off for many years. The problem was the courses I purchased never said what to do first..etc.

I have been reading so much stuff on the internet. A lot of the stuff is offered as "free" and when you click there is some costs involved. I wonder if they are making as much as they claim doing real estate?, if so, why are they hounding and charging so much for their courses?

I am glad to have run across your link to actually be where people are actually investing to learn how to do it, not theory.

Real Estate Goals

I would like to start with Wholesaling since I have credit and cash limitations and eventually learn other techniques.

I have read so much and purchased a few courses over the years and I find that you are given theory and not "know how". And it's always something else to purchase or mentoring needed for X amount of dollars.

Currently Seeking

Advice and help with starting a wholesaling career, networking, and learning finally.... How to become wealthy through investing. I want to learn as much as i can and someday help someone else without fake promises and a fee.
