Fresh out of school and looking to start investing. I dont have a whole lot saved up nor live in an area where its cheap to get into the market. However, I do find good deals often in other places and have everything in place except the the capital. I recently started working and hopefully soon can put my buy and hold business plan into action.

I was a realtor for a few months and recently managed an SFR purchase with positive cash flow. I didn't make any money but did learn a ton.

Real Estate Goals

To enjoy multiple cash flowing sfr's and mfr's. I want to be able to attain wealth for myself as well as help others do it.

Currently Seeking

People who are looking to invest but be passive. Looking for capital and will have skin in the game. I come across dealsoften that I can show all the numbers for but need investors who can close quickly. I will be honest. I have not done one for myself yet. But I know I have what it takes.
