I am an aspiring investor, currently working on short sales. I am also a licensed California broker, but am not currently practicing, as I am dedicating as much time as possible to short sale investing.
I'm interested in networking with other investors, both newbies and experienced folks.
Experience
I have been studying real estate investing for probably six or seven years, but have yet to pull the trigger. I'm currently working with an investor to close some short sale deals, so hopefully that will get me on the road to success.
Real Estate Goals
Close at least five short sale flips in 2010. Beyond that, I plan to build passive income by investing wisely and holding real estate.
Currently Seeking
Other investors to network with. Experienced investors to learn from, and newbie investors to help each other out along the way.
