Having achieved a successful career in the mortgage lending industry for over 10 years, in 2005 I decided to expand my expertise in the industry by getting involved in real estate. After a little while the market took a dive and lenders stopped lending. This is when the vision to do private equity lending came about.

I quickly realized the lending side was lacking commitment from lenders, which ultimately resulted in delayed or unsuccessful closings as well as unhappy realtors and borrowers.

The everchanging market allowed an opportunity to establish a business which offers easy access to funds, so the American dream can be realized for more residents, with much more ease.

We utilize funds of private individuals who make a living by investing in real estate. This allows us to avoid actual banks or institutions who have stricken their guidelines, making it almost impossible for borrowers to get funding.

Always open to building new relationships and would love to speak with individuals who either would like to invest or those who are in need of funds.
