I'm a full time real estate investor/investment consultant. My goal in the market place today is to distinguish my self as a true contact and continue my quest of weeding out "non-performers". I have a definite compassion for all new investors that I may be able to help in the there pursuit of a "performing" status. I feel fortunate to be a part of this forum and have the opportunity to network with other like minded people!
