I am currently seeking to be a grunt for a successful Real Estate Investor, preferably in my county of San Mateo. I have a lot of time to invest (but no more money to invest) and will work in trade for being taught how to make deals happen by someone who actually does make deals happen.

Experience

I enrolled for Rich Dad courses back in October of 2009. So far I have taken the following classes: Wholesale and lease options in a live class. The current class I am taking is Probate via a live webinar once a week for the next 6 weeks. The next class I will be taking is Short sales as soon as my Probate class is finished. I have a pre-paid Rich Dad mentor coming to my home at the end of March.
