Hey Marc. If you come across anyone that is looking for income properties in the midwest. You are welcome to wholesale any of my stuff. he properties are cheap, areas are good working class areas, and they cash flow very well. What type of properties are you looking for? Marc - I think you've got a great plan. Local REI clubs are a great way to get an education and to network. Now that we've got our Social Network, BiggerPockets will become a real force in the world of real estate networking. You won't be disappointed by the wealth of information in our forums!
