I am a part-time flipper and landlord from New York City.
Experience
I've rehabbed and flipped 3 properties and have owned 2 rentals. I found flipping to be more rewarding and much less stressful than being a landlord.

I'm on a bit of a hiatus right now, but the goal is always to make smart buying decisions which lead to great profit.
