Brand new to this! Originally from Colorado, been in Texas 7 years now. Closed on my first deal Friday 9/3/10, SFR 3/2/2. First Deal going up for sale next week!
Experience
What I've read in books and BP so far! Closed on first SFR 9/3/10, needs a new roof (flat to pitch), some ceiling work, new flooring, paint, and updating to kitchen/restrooms. Exterior brick needs cleaned up too. Lots to do!
Real Estate Goals
I want to have completed this first SFR and have it listed on MLS by 10/31/10. Purchase second SFR or duplex by end of year.
Currently Seeking
Looking for a SFH/Duplex,rehab, ARV of $70-80K, sell retail.
