Real Estate Experience
My investing experience began in May of 2006 when I purchased a rental property. I rented the property, sold the property and was introduced to wholesaling. I joined various real estate training groups to obtain as much information as I could.
Real Estate Goals
My goal is to be a successful wholesaler. I do plan to eventually acquire properties to hold but I'm really interested in wholesaling in Waldorf, Md and in Southern Prince George's County Maryland.
Currently Seeking
Currently, I have consultants who have been providing me with much asssistance. I have been very busy looking at properties and making offers. Currently, I am seeking to build my buyer's list in Waldorf and Prince George's County Maryland.
