Companies or individuals interested in maximizing profits form discounted real estate assets are encouraged to contact us. Investors can either submit an offer on current availible assets or submit their "stips" on desired assets being sought.
2) Finance One Asset Management is also continually seeking relationships with the OWENRS of distressed real estate assets who are in need of our marketing and communications expertise. Our vast network of investors and extensice experience gives our clients an edge in the marletplace that is very difficult to replicate.
