In my own words...

I am a student at the University of Memphis. I will graduate in May 08! I work for a rental property owner and have been learning from him over the last few years. We work on rental properties including single families, duplexes/multiplexes, and condos (on long term lease and short term overnight rentals.) I am always interested in learning.

Real Estate Experience

I work for Parker and Associates, which is a property managememt/rental company. I keep the books, collect rents, paint, and help analyze data about current properties and possible future properties. I am currently working on a comprehensive database program for property management.

Real Estate Goals

I would like to invest in long term property at first. Later I might try my hand at condo/condotels. We've had success with them so far. My primary concern is whether to invest in cheap properties to help maximize cash flow or invest in more expensive, better location, higher rent properties, with maybe not as much positive cash flow. I'm interested in anyone's feedback!
