I am a new investor that has spent alot of time educating myself before diving in. Now I am ready to start wholesaling some properties to build some capital before taking on more involved strategies.
For now, I am looking to find and wholesale 5-6 rehab or lease option projects. My ultimate goal is to transition my mortgage origination business into a part-time role and become a full-time investor. Ideal portfolio would be:
*5-6 rental properties
*2-3 rehab projects per year
*6-10 brokered note sales per year
