My goal is to have enough positive cash flow in 10 years or sooner so I won't be chained to the "rat race".
Have purchased several duplexes, and SFH. Completed 2 complete rehabs. Have also purchased tax leans in the past, some have been redeemed for a nice interest rate and others have been quit claimed to me.
Build a portfolio of rentals that create enough cash flow so one day I no longer have to work for someone else.
Guidance on building my portfolio, learning more on wholesaling, and people to talk RE investing with.
