In my own words...

My wife and I are interested in learning about birddogging and possibly wholesaling. We had 2 rental houses for 12 years that were cash flow negative, so we want to be cautious as we investigate the possibilities in a different capacity than landlording.

We are currently looking at means of marketing and screening for motivated sellers, especially those who would be excellent short sale prospects and then passing those along to wholesalers.
