I am an investor with three small properties. Currently seeking medium-size multifamily properties (5-50 unit) and considering commercial/mixed use.
Hold a real estate Broker license and specialize in upscale properties in Milwaukee, Ozaukee, and Waukesha Counties.
-Formed a coalition to take over my old Arizona HOA and became Treasurer. Later upgraded my status to President. Ended HOA harassment of residents and increased funds by approximately 33% in two years.
-Licensed Wisconsin real estate broker.
-Own and operate three rental properties.
-Manage other rental properties as needed.
Immediate: Purchase a minimum of one new property per year.
Larger = better. I prefer more tenants under the same roof for economies of scale.
