I am the cofounder of Lensch LLC. We specialize in Real Estate Investing all over the country and nontraditional funding. We are able to double our lenders money in less than two years. We have many alliances with other companies that help us to do so.

We are also very humanitarian and feel it our responsibility to help out those who are less fortunate by providing each buyer of our properties with the packages and plans to become better financially.

Real Estate Experience

We have over 30 years experience in Real Estate, from developmental planning, financial planning, Construction, to REO packages all over the country. We also have Natural Gas plants in Montana, and many other ways that produce income for our company. One of our main sources of income is providing lines of credit for those wanting to buy shelf corporations to produce capital

We want to help lenders all over the world see the opportunity of investing into REO Packages and how are company has come up with a program to make the biggest benefit for these packages. The best thing is that you will be helping many people across the country get equity and start to take control of their lives again.
