Price! Price! Price! Georgia has unbelievable deals. The average price for a renovated 3 bedroom 2 bath house with LAND is $80,000! In addition the taxes in the Ga. area max out at about $1,100. The numbers are very Investor friendly. Very easy to cash flow in this market.
