Retired Bar owner from Daytona Beach,Fl had some fun and success flipping houses in Daytona, I owned an appraisal company in the boom for a few years as well. Now trying my best at success in the largest growing city in the world, Playa Del Carmen This area is booming and I am very fortunate to have friends who are developers who do great work. The market here is like no other, nobody shares deals, nobody splits commissions, yet everyone is making money, so with a bit of creativity I have found my niche, I find FsBO believe it or not and make it work.
