At MONNE Estates, we focus on acquiring properties at discount prices that are either Move-In Ready or already cash flowing. It is our goal and focus to bring opportunities to new and seasoned investors that don't want to leverage large sums of cash, but still be able to build a very strong High ROI portfolio with cash flowing Real Estate.

Experience

I have been involved in Real Estate as a Part-Time wholesaler for the last two and a half years, and last year I went full time and started my company, MONNE Estates, LLC. In my experience I have successfully closed over 200 transactions and helped several investors realize good profits through cash flowing properties.
