I am a direct buyer looking to buy Bulk REOs in southern California. If you are a direct seller we buy in 2 different lot sizes 3 to 5 million and 20 to 40 million. You can contact me at dwoodward@gspllc.net. I will not work with Daisy Chains. We must be able to be put in touch with the direct seller or at worse 1 intermediary. We have cash and want to close quickly. We will consider buying statewide in CA but prefer southern CA.
