Good Realtors don't cost you money, they make it for you! Being a full time Realtor is getting paid for doing what I enjoy! Finding solid investment property for the Landlord, wholesaler, or fix and flipper is just plain fun. I also get to help folks find and negotiate the purchase of their homes, as well as help them sell when that time comes. I'm always interested in making new friends with interest, experience in, or needs for my real estate services. Experience

Purchase single family homes creatively and have had a number of rentals. Relocation caused me to sell off. My interest caused me get my license and I have been active as a Realtor now for just over a year.

Real Estate Goals

Locate 10 investors ready, willing and able to buy solid deals upon notification and receipt of the detailed information. The best deals are quick. My investors need to be quick and ready to close. Great package deals on 5 to 10 homes, go down the toilet here and get picked apart by the onesy's due to a shortage of this type of investor in my area. Great REO's end up sold online at great prices also due to this shortage of able investors here. My goal is to be able to find and pass off these deals quickly to investors for their quick evaluation. I want to make them money.
