I am the Director of National Expansion for Americas Foreclosure Solutions and a mortgage sales trainer.
I have been in the industry one way or another for over 10 years. As Director of National Expansion I run all recruiting and training for AFS. All of our positions are work from home positions that allow you the opportunity to own your own business and make a unlimited amount of money. We also have Sr. management positions open. It is very easy to clear $10,000 a month after the first couple months of doing loss mitigation. We offer up to 9 different ways to to make money. I also do mortgage sales training to help better equip Loan Officers with the tools they need.

Experience

At this moment in my life I am not trying nor focusing on becoming a investor but I do find deals once in a while that I just can't pass up. I am focusing on training loan officers on how to properly work a mortgage loan. The reason we are in the mess we are in is because broker's and managers are not spending enough time with their loan officers teaching them that what they are doing not only affects the persons family but also the economy as a whole. 1 loan is not just 1 loan, it's 1 loan compounded over time by the very idea of it's just 1 loan.

Real Estate Goals

Having seen the mess that we have brought upon ourselves, I have helped co-found a Loss Mitigation company that will help Loan Officers and Realtors to change the market we are currently working in and also change the income and lives of not only themselves but their clients as well. Not only are we helping people stay in their homes but we have also hired a team of attorneys to help the client remove any negative items they might have added on their credit report along the way, so that when we say we will help you get a fresh start we really mean a fresh start.
