I obtained my Nevada Real Estate License in April, 2010 as well as my REALTORâ€™s designation with the Greater Las Vegas Association of REALTORâ€™s. My Real Estate experience dates back 30 years when I bought several income producing properties, I obtained my Contractors License in 1985 to earn income to buy more properties. I am presently an Investor, Real Estate Agent, Developer, Renter

Real Estate Goals

I buy and sell Income producing Properties (Apartment Houses) to rehab and flip, I also keep some as investments for the cash flow that they provide. Initial goal is to purchase 24 Apartment buildings in 3 years, Long term goal is to buy ongoing businesses with high cash flows, I am a contractor with 25 years experience and can develop apartment houses, motels, high rises, hotels etc. These goals should take me 15 years to complete. I will need many competent people to implement the required necessities that will be needed for these projects. If any one would like to apply for these positions please do so. The pay will be as a Partner, Contractor, Independent Contractor Investor Debit or/and Equity ownership. You must have funds for the transitional period.
