I am a student (no-traditional as I went back later than the norm -- which I think is an advantage, truly) and a full-time EXCITED real estate investor. I have renovated several homes and have had a passion for homes and buildings since I was 7 years old and brought my first book about the Truman White House renovation home from the school library! My Mother, being intuitive and wise, provided me with building toys and books about houses at an early age. At 40, I am ready to make this my full time career and I am ACTIVELY looking for deals throughout the United States and for investment partners, and GOOD DEALS on which to perform "down to the studs" renovations. I have overseen several renovations and have successfully sold one of the houses and rented the others. I am also a formerly licensed Illinois Realtor.

Real Estate Goals

My real estate goal in the short term is to make my financial situation stable and to work full-time AROUND THE CLOCK at real estate investing. But because I have a natural passion for real estate, I feel more like I'm getting paid to have fun rather than toiling to make someone else a bonus or earn them a promotion while I get nothing! I want to be completely independent and to renovate homes that are affordable for the average american looking for a "greener" house that has A+ renovations and safety.

Currently Seeking

I am always looking for intelligent and focused investment partners and of course PROPERTY! I would like to find several small to mid-sized ranch style houses that could be made into comfortable and attractive efficiency apartments that I can hold.
