I am a real estate investor that focuses on residential and apartment properties in Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, Austin and San Antonio.
In addition I represent a nationwide transactional funding company that provides funds for residential and commercial transactions. My funder has a standard and extended funding program that goes to forty days.
I also have source of Joint Venture funds for commercial deals.
In addition, I am a Strategic Partner with Mason Hill, which is a turn key real estate investment company.
Experience
I have been a investor for about twenty years. I got my start in Philadelphia, PA
I started wholesaling single family homes through a list of several cash buyers that consisted of a realtor who sold handyman specials. I relocated to Texas and begun buying apartment building properties with two investors.
I have also been a hard money broker, helping other investors find money for their deals.
Real Estate Goals
To be able to retire by the age of fifty and just travel and enjoy life.
Real estate is that vehicle for me. I will constantly increase my menu of services and activities to make that happen.
