27 year old newbie out of Kansas. On here to learn as much as possible and try and network. As of right now I am interested in learning wholesaling and sub 2's but eventually i want to get into rehabbing.

People in the Wichita, KS area to network with and also a mentor if anyone is up for it. ive got time on my hands and im a hard worker and quick learner and i dont mind splitting proceeds as long as im learning and getting first hand experience so i can get out there and do it on my own eventually.
