Hi. I have recently retired from the property management industry.

After 20 years in the business managing many types of mutli-unit properties I have decided to take a break.

I am now in the process of creating an investment team of other experienced property managers with the intent of purchasing large multi-unit properties in emerging markets.

We have already identified, studied and traveled to our favorite 3 markets and will be purchasing in one of them by mid summer of 2010, as all information points to this time as being the low.
