Why I am here:
I am looking to help / assist property managers and realtors in repairing / maintenance / foreclosure cleanups / Winterizing homes, etc... I have been in the maintenance / construction fields for the past 35 years, I have not found an item that a tenant or home owner has broken that I could not fix.

I have just relocated to the Mohave area from So. Cal. After working for companies like State Farm Insurance / Downey Savings / US Bank / and many other small companies as a sub-contractor. I now find myself here in Lake Havasu City trying to reinvent myself.

So feel free to drop me an Email or a phone call and maybe I can walk you thru a repair to save you a dollar or you can have me give you an estimate on a repair or clean out.
