I have been interested in creating and selling notes as a means of improving our revenue. After reading Kevin's articles on Bigger Pockets I approached him to help me in structuring my notes to make them more attractive. Kevin had lots of great advice and his insights allowed me to structure several notes to make them more profitable at resale than they otherwise would have been.
