Real Estate Experience

Started as a Real estate agent in 1978. I worked with real estate investors listing, and representing to buy investment single family and apartment houses. I also worked as a commercial leasing agent. I started investing full time in 2003. I buy and hold, buy sub-2, Sell using lease option, land contract. I have rehabed and flipped and wholesaled single family homes.

I am interested in expanding my wholesale business nationwide.
