I am very motivated to get into the field of real estate. i don't want to work for a firm i mostly just enjoy finding the properties and rehabing them, i am not interested in new properties, solely because i feel there is more to be accomplished and more of yourself invested in a home you have bring the beauty out of. I have had the misfortune of a series of unfortunate economic events in the past two years and have not been able to develop this passion. i would love to ba able to finally begin to make my dreams come true.

i am a homeowner who has learned a lot in the last two years through her mistakes. i have developed a love understanding for this field, i enjoy spending my free time looking for homes with potential, especially ones that are on sale for way below market value.

Initially i would like to find homes and investors where i could just find the good deal get my percentage and walk away and deals in which i can oversee the entire rehab.

Cumberland county has a surprisingly booming real estate market due to the migration of about 50,000 US soldiers to Fort bragg, NC.
