I'm one of the owners of CMG Equities, LLC which runs the mortgage and real estate research sites, ForTheBestRate.com and BurlingtonMortgage.biz. I currently live in Wilmington, North Carolina with my wife and kids.

I was previously the Marketing Director for AAXA Discount Mortgage which was a mortgage brokerage company that conducted business in 26 states. I also worked as a real estate agent in Burlington, Vermont prior to moving down to Wilmington.
