In my own words...

Full time residential investor for more than 6 years. We started doing lease purchases and have also done: short sales, rehabs, options, auction buys,
and a lot of rental property management.

I believe in the oft quoted maxim the way Zig Ziglar states if, "You can get anything you want in life, if you'll help enough other people get what they want!"

Our focus has changed with the market recently from residential home flipping to filling with rent-to-own candidates.

We are also doing property preservation and repair work on distressed homes.

Real Estate Experience

Started fresh learning from books, informational courses, mentors, and periodicals in Spring of 2002.

First book was Bill Bronchik's Flipping Properties. I enjoy some of the old school books by George Bockl and James Misko.

I have not really done anything outside of single family homes.

Real Estate Goals

I would like to have a portfolio of at least 500 homes owned free and clear.

I would like to learn about and get into commercial real estate.

I would like to learn more about and work in notes and paper transactions.
