In my own words...

Full time residential investing & construction for 6+ years. We have done lease purchases, short sales, rehabs, options, auction buys, notes,
and a lot of rental property management.

Our focus has changed with the market and we are doing more roofing, repair, and preservation on foreclosed homes for banks.

I ama creating income in order to buy good deals with cash over the next few years.

I believe in the oft quoted maxim the way Zig Ziglar states if, "You can get anything you want in life, if you'll help enough other people get what they want!"

Real Estate Experience

Started fresh learning from books, informational courses, mentors, and periodicals in Spring of 2002.

First book was Bill Bronchik's Flipping Properties. I enjoy some of the old school books by George Bockl and James Misko.

Real Estate Goals

Create and maintain four businesses each generating substantial income streams within real estate:

1) Build a portfolio of 100+ residential rentals owned without liens.

2) Utilize options and notes to make money through paper transactions.

3) Keep building our residential construction and roofing business.

4) Keep building our property preservation related business.

(eventually get into commercial real estate)
