Hello everyone!! I'm a positive, most driven, optimistic, and reasonable entrepreneur. I own All Custom Golf Cart, Inc in Palm Springs, CA. Now, just opened New Light Properties, LLC. I'm looking forward to live life to the fullest and reap from all the hard work and effort going into my investments. I have a beautiful wife Audrey and also have baby Lucas on the way. Currently Seeking

Buyers for my wholesale deals. We offer 30% to 45% properties below FMV. Also, provide a brake down of the deal and what is in it for (you) the investor. We always make sure we leave enough money on the table to make sure you can turn your deal and make it work. We concentrate on fairness!
