Currently interested in partnering up with another newbie in the city of Chicago to wholesale and flip REOs.

Newbie investor wanted to partner with same for mutual support and success. You should:

• Be smart, well-educated, preferably female but not necessarily
• Be honest, ethical, and compassionate; not into scamming others
• Have a car and some cash (a few K) for earnest money, expenses, and training (I've put in mine)
• Be able to put in 10-20 hours/week on investing-related tasks
• Be willing to learn as you go (including making mistakes)
• Be tenacious, unwilling to give up when difficulties and/or conflicts arise
• Take responsibility for own actions; not a blamer
• Work well with others, be committed to conflict resolution and working out differences
• Be professional, focused, and action-oriented; able to follow a plan of action
• Want a partner for mutual support and accountability
• Have already made a firm commitment to success in real estate! No fly-by-nighters, weekend tourists or "look-sees," thank you.

You do NOT need any real estate experience or a license; however, any prior knowledge, experience, or contacts you have will be helpful.
