I work at the North Texas VA Medical Center as a EMS full - time and work as a private real estate note investor part- time. I am an active student of the Cash Flow Institute located in Houston, TX. I have being doing real estate work part-time for about 10 years. I am presently working as a contract private investor to locate seller-financed mortgage and business notes. I am affiliate with a nationwide network of investors looking to purchase seller financed mortgages,trust deeds,seller financed business notes,annuities,structured settlements,and lottery payments.
