My husband Deni and I own a five plex, storage sheds and 2 rental houses. We are in the process of developing our lake front acreage into a sub-division. We will be building the first house and have buyers lined up for a lot. I have been doing a lot of networking lately putting buyers together with sellers, but I also have been buying notes of just about any kind, anywhere in the U.S. We have six children 3 girls and 3 boys. We own and operate a HVAC (Heating, ventilation and A/C business). If you have a note you want to sell email me and I will get the particulars and let you know what I will pay for it. We bought a five plex apartment, we have a one bedroom house we currently rent out. We built and operate storage rentals. We just aquired a one bedroom house that we are fixing and then going to flip. We are almost done with that. We own land that is going through the platting process, that we will be selling lots, have an interested party for one already.
Would love to continue buying and selling notes. To continue doing fix and flips and have that become our full time job. My husband and I both enjoy seeing a house come to life. To become something that we would never live in to something that we can and willingly would live in.
Houses that can be bought fixed and flipped. Or even houses that we can hold and rent out. We have had good luck so far with our renters and I don't mind dealing with any of them. Also I buy notes on houses, if you sold it on a lease and want out or even just want to sell part of it. I can do that also. Actually I will buy notes of just about any kind. Or a part of the note.

I own properties that are carrying notes right now. 46K note cash flowing $400 per month at a 10% rate you can purchase for 25K. Other note values are avaialbale.
