I am a very energitic, optimistic person! I am investing full time here in the Vegas area and also Southern CA. I am looking to network with other investors. I am always purchasing property and am looking to expand my buyer base. Let me know what types of properties you are interested in purchasing!

Experience

I am a CA Realtor, but now reside in NV where I am investing full-time. I am hoping to still invest in the CA market as well. I have invested out of state and also have experience with Section 8. I am actively negotiating shortsales with lenders. I also have rehabbed properties.

Real Estate Goals

I currently have several short sales that I am negotiating and hope to build my business to about 15-20 per month. I am looking for a couple of properties that I can purchase Subject-To. I also am very interested in purchasing a mobile home park and a 15-20 door apartment by mid 2010.

Currently Seeking

I am currently seeking other investors to network with. I am also seeking some RE agents who understand how an option contract works when dealing with short sales! I am always on the search for buyers of my properties!
