Investors who want to take advantage of the market in the middle GA area (Milledgeville, Eatonton, Greensboro, Macon and the surrounding).
Milledgeville for example is a college town, so it's great for rentals and first-time home buyers (college students who decide to stay). We also have lake Sinclair and lake O'conee which makes it a great place to buy and hold or for future investment.
