In my own words...

Note broker new to brokering but not real estate in general. Looking to learn a bit more about note investing and make some connections!

Created a seller carry-back focused site at http://www.sellyourloannotenow.com and a more business-like site geared towards local private mortgage lenders is in the works.

Real Estate Experience

ALMOST started practicing as an agent in DC with Coldwell Banker in 2007...but God had other plans in mind and I had a baby instead. :-) But I did study, take the exam and pass it for my license.

I also worked with automated mortgage underwriting for a couple of years, and could probably recite from scratch the subprime mortgage underwriting guidelines from Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Bear Sterns (what was) and National City.

Other than that, I'm an HGTV addict...does that count?

I'm 29 so I figure I am OK on time...just starting to get into the industry and plan to be "fully" into by 40. I think 11 years is enough time!

Note brokering, if I'm successful, will give me great knowledge of investing, which is where I plan to go...
